The College Program (CP) and NROTC Preparatory Program (NPP) applications are completed through JU NROTC. Please see the information below for the respective applications.

College Program Application

Applications will be accepted until 30 April 2026. Follow the links below to find the required forms and instructions.

1. JU NROTC College Program Application Package - includes a checklist and detailed instructions for submitting a complete package for consideration. Incomplete packages will delay review and potentially prohibit consideration for program participation.
2. NROTC College Program Application - please print and complete.
3. Report of Medical History - this form is fillable; please complete on screen.

Please Note:

• All of the documents and forms listed above (1-3) must be fully completed and returned.
• If you intend to submit a College Program (CP) Application Package for consideration, contact the JU NROTC Recruiting Officer at nrotcrecruiter@ju.edu for inclusion on the CP Candidates List. Be sure to include the academic year for which you are applying in the email's subject line.
• IMPORTANT: TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS, BE SURE TO USE THE CHECKLIST INCLUDED IN THE CP APPLICATION PACKAGE.
