Professional Information
Dr. Amber Mason is an Assistant Professor of Nursing in the Keigwin School of Nursing
within the Brooks Rehabilitation College of Healthcare Sciences at Jacksonville University.
During the majority of her nursing career, she worked at Wolfson Children's Hospital
and UF Health Jacksonville, specializing in pediatrics, critical care, and leadership.
Amber holds the Nurse Executive, Advanced Board Certification through the American
Nurses Credentialing Center. After receiving her DNP from the University of North
Florida, Amber served as a Chief Nursing Officer. Dr. Mason loves to travel and enjoys
spending time with her husband and two children.
