Dr. Mary Gipson is an Associate Professor in the Jacksonville University Keigwin School of Nursing. She has been teaching at JU since 2001 in the areas of adult health, critical care, and pharmacology. Dr. Gipson obtained her BA in Psychology at Arizona State University, a BSN and MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of North Florida, and a PhD in Nursing from Barry University. Her research interests include teaching and learning methodologies, critical care, and advancing the use of evidence-based practice and research among acute care staff nurses.
