Fulbright Scholar Announcement March 24, 2017

Colleagues:

This morning, we received wonderful news from the J. William Fulbright Scholarship Board that our very own Dr. Carla Fry of the Brooks Rehabilitation College of Healthcare Sciences was selected as a 2017-18 Fulbright Scholar! The Fulbright award allows Carla to study and work overseas in Belize next year.

As a Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Fry joins the ranks of distinguished participants in the Fulbright Scholarship Program. Fulbright alumni have become heads of state, judges, ambassadors, cabinet ministers, CEOs, and university presidents, as well as leading journalists, artists, scientists, and teachers. They include 58 Nobel Laureates, 82 Pulitzer Prize winners, 31 MacArthur Fellows, and 16 Presidential Medal of Freedom recipients.
