What is Open Enrollment?

Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to add, change, or remove benefits enrollment elections for the next plan year. Elections made during open enrollment are effective on January 1st of the following year. Outside the annual open enrollment period, employees may only make changes to their benefits elections within 30 days of a qualifying status change event.

Open Enrollment is the period each year when you may make changes to your medical, dental, and vision benefits without a qualified change in your family status (a Section 125 "Life Status Change Event"). Use this once-a-year opportunity to review your health care needs and make any changes necessary!

Open Enrollment will begin on November 7th. The deadline to make changes to your benefits is November 17.
