JU recognizes all faculty and staff as Dedicated Dolphins. We are particularly proud to report that 48% of our employees give their time to the university and invest in our mission financially. Every year the Office of University Advancement hosts engagement and recognition events to honor these individuals.


JU employees who give $42 bi-weekly ($84/month) for the fiscal year as a Dedicated Dolphin will be recognized as an Order of the Dolphin member for their accumulative giving. Find out more information about Order of the Dolphin here.
