Shircliff Founder's Pledge

The Shircliff Founder’s Pledge, named for devoted supporter Robert “Bob” Shircliff, honors the next generation of entrepreneurial philanthropists. Integral to this giving society is a mutual commitment between select entrepreneurs at Jacksonville University. This commitment takes the form of pledged time and funding for Jacksonville University, as well as support, networks, and engagement for entrepreneurs. The society actively brings together a community of entrepreneurs and innovators who collectively pool their talent, networks, and capital to support one another, the University, and the innovation ecosystem that begins at Jacksonville University. For more information on “taking the pledge,” please contact Leslie Redd, Associate Vice President of Development at (904)-256-7882 or lredd@ju.edu.

The Heritage Society

The Heritage Society exists to steward those who have expressed their commitment to Jacksonville University through a very special and important form of financial support. These donors have defined their legacy by naming JU as the ultimate beneficiary of a planned gift. Such gifts might include a bequest, a provision in a trust, charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder unitrust, charitable remainder annuity trust, or gifts of life insurance or real estate. This society exists to thank members for their generosity by recognizing the plans they have made as well as to inspire generosity in others. Members receive annual invitations to events and benefits throughout the year. View our gift legacy website for more information.
