JU International Business Barcelona, Spain

Spend 4 weeks with JU students and faculty on a unique, summer program experience in beautiful Barcelona!

Students will spend the month of June on-site taking a course with JU faculty as well as Spanish classes at JU's partner school, the Barcelona School for International Studies. (BSIS)

Through a variety of local cultural activities, visits to local businesses, and guest lectures, students will obtain a unique perspective on International Business and practices within Spain and Europe. 

This program allows students to earn credit in Business and Spanish, as well as fulfill the Experiential Learning requirement.

Courses

Students will take a total of 6 credits.  The following 3 credit courses have been offered in the past.*
*Final course schedule to be determined 

• MKG 341: International Marketing
• MGT 310: Organizational Behavior
• INB 421: Global Business Experience
• Upper Level Management or Marketing Elective* (discuss this option with the faculty leader)
• SPAN (beginner to advanced)*

*Final course offering subject to change and based on enrollment.

*Students can enroll in 1 JU course for 3 credits and Spanish for 3 credits. Additional courses at BSIS may be available for an additional fee.
