About Your Appointment

We encourage students to meet with their academic advisor on a regular basis to engage in long-term academic planning and proactive decision-making. It is recommended that you meet with your advisor at least once a semester.

JUNIORS AND SENIORS: PLEASE CONTACT YOUR FACULTY ADVISOR DIRECTLY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THE LINK BELOW IS INTENDED FOR FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORE ADVISING ONLY.

Important Scheduling Notes

1. Schedule the appointment with your assigned advisor whenever possible. Who is My Advisor?
2. Enter both your first and last name and JU student ID if known.
3. Please make sure to provide an accurate email when requesting an appointment. Your JU email is your username followed by @jacksonville.edu (not @ju.edu). 
4. Provide an accurate phone number.
