This joint-degree program qualifies students to obtain both a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. This innovative, joint degree program is designed for nurses interested in executive-level management careers and is conferred at the completion of both programs.
Students will be required to apply to and be admitted into both the MSN and MBA programs. They will be required to complete 37 credits in the Davis College of Business Graduate Program and 18 credits through the Keigwin School of Nursing MSN program for a total of 55 credits. As the MSN curriculum includes graduate courses in Leadership and Information Technology, the MGT 550-Leading Organizations, MGT 600-Leadership Development Portfolio, and DSIM 518-Competing through Innovation and Information Technology will not be required of the MSN/MBA students.
