Level I

ranging someone's legThe Level I experiences will be during the Spring semester and Fall semesters in years one (1) and two (2) of the program. The purpose of Level I Fieldwork is to provide each student with an exposure to the healthcare field and to enrich their didactic coursework through direct observation and selected participation in various aspects of the therapy process (AOTA.org, 2017). Through this experience, students can increase their comfort level with relating to clients of various backgrounds and abilities (AOTA.org, 2017). Fieldwork experiences will be in traditional and nontraditional settings. The three (3) Level I Fieldwork rotations are full-time for one (1) week each.
