Jacksonville University’s International Business program pulls together a foundation of business skills, a global perspective, and language specialization. This major builds on the basic business curriculum by adding global perspectives in economics, finance, government and politics, management, and human resources. JU faculty bring their own international experiences in teaching, working, and studying to the classroom environment and with guest speakers who hold various positions in the professional world.
The International Business major is the only small school AACSB-accredited program in North Florida and South Georgia. Also, the Davis College of Business is consistently creating partnerships with other AACSB business universities in different parts of the world, so students can experience education across the globe. As an International Business major, students can customize the program to fit their geographic area of interest. To accomplish this, several students have worked with faculty on independent research projects.
The International Business curriculum allows for flexibility to partner with other complimentary majors and minors.
