Lifestyle Intervention Study Completed Project

Can adopting better sleep, diet, exercise, and skincare habits have a positive impact on the body’s ability to rid itself of unnecessary or dysfunctional cellular components? A team of JU researchers assessed study participants through body composition, sleep and exercise data, physical health indicators, a high tech complexion analysis system, and patient-reported information. Results of the study were used in the production and marketing of a new line of skin care products.
