Renew Arlington Ongoing Project

The community of Arlington is a historic area of Jacksonville that seeks to enhance its livability, business environment, and infrastructure for neighborhood residents and Jacksonville University students, faculty, and staff. A team from JU is collaborating with the city to develop comprehensive short and long term plans for transforming the community. The creation of a Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) and Tax Incremental Funding District (TIF) are vital components of these plans.
