Professional Information

Dr. Sarah Blaylock has been a licensed occupational therapist since 2010 and has worked in skilled nursing facilities as a therapist and rehabilitation program manager. She received her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2017 where she also received her Graduate Certification in Low Vision Rehabilitation. Dr. Blaylock served as faculty within the Nova Southeastern Department of Occupational Therapy prior to accepting a position with Jacksonville University. The majority of Dr. Blaylock’s research, teaching, and clinical experience has focused on working with the geriatric population, with a focus on low vision rehabilitation.
