We simply request a donation of $10 that will go directly to JU's Greatest Needs.

Fill out the form below, and a high-resolution video file of YOUR graduate, filmed and edited by our official videographer, will be sent to the email address you provide.

If you have multiple graduates, a separate form must be filled out for each.
