Spirit Theme

Each delegation will select a planet, constellation, space themed movie, and/or space themed character. Each school will have a Spirit Commander that will lead their crew in spirit and sportsmanship. More information will come before the conference with specific responsibilities.

Roll Call Video

Each delegation may submit a video roll-call to be showcased at opening ceremonies to introduce your institution to the other delegations present at FRAS 2019. The roll-call can be a maximum of 2.5 minutes in length. All submissions will be video based.

Roll-Call videos need to include the following:

• Introduce your institution and delegate names
• Stay consistent with their delegation's designated spirit theme
• Remain appropriate (No foul language, explicit material, or sexual/suggestive language)
• Do not bash or disrespect any other institutions in any way
• Stay within the 2.5 minute time limit

Roll Call videos are due to 2019FRAS@gmail.com by January 11th.

Intergalactic Communication Mailbox

Each institution can earn additional spirit points by designing a creative mailbox so that institutions can exchange messages with one another at the conference. Mailboxes are a great way to not only show your school spirit, but also to show support for other schools!

Below are the design guidelines for the mailboxes:

• Mailboxes cannot exceed 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. (This includes any accessories attached to the mailbox)
• The name of your institution must be visible on the mailbox
• The language used on the mailbox must be appropriate (please no foul language or sexual suggestive/explicit material)
• The mailbox must be consistent with your delegation's theme
• If you use glitter, it needs to be sealed with Mod Podge
