About the Program
Jacksonville University is proud to offer a Signature Summer Program in Sorrento. This culturally rich program is designed to engage your intellect while you discover Marine Biology of the Mediterranean, the Sorrentine Peninsula, and the Amalfi Coast. Partnering with the Sant’Anna Institute, on the majestic cliffs of Sorrento, Italy, this program is offered exclusively during Summer 2020. The five-week program includes coursework with cultural excursions and field experiences on location in Sorrento, Italy and the Bay of Naples. Students will examine, explore, and experience the biology, ecology, and diversity of marine organisms in the region. This program is specifically designed for undergraduate students working to complete core science and lab requirements while experiencing the Italian culture through active engagement and studying abroad in the Mediterranean.

- 1 Course and 4 Credits: $4,995
- 2 Courses and 7 Credits: $5,995
- Italy Program Fee: $500

NOTE: Airfare and meals are not included.
