Leadership & Learning
We are currently accepting applications for the Fall 2017 Cohort. The priority admission deadline was June 15, but we are accepting applications until the cohort is filled. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
Learn. Apply. Lead.
Learn leadership theories and skills in an engaging, relevant, challenging, problem-based and project-based learning environment.
Apply what you have learned to your own and relevant, real-world situations.
Lead from where you are to transform groups, teams, organizations and communities.
Leadership and Learning is a 34-credit, 18-month cohort program. A new cohort starts each fall semester (August).
There are two program tracks in the Leadership and Learning (LL) degree: Educational Leadership (EL) and Instructional Leadership and Organization Development (ILOD).
Educational Leadership is for aspiring K-12 Assistant Principals or administrators seeking Level I Certification as recognized by the Florida Department of Education.
Instructional Leadership and Organization Development is designed for students both within and outside of the traditional public school arena to learn general education theory and practice, leadership theory, education administration, and community-based programs.
Our tuition rate is competitive with other leadership programs in the area. In many cases, you can complete our 34-credit hour degree for less than you would pay elsewhere and receive the benefits of small-class sizes, unique program design, private education, and the cohort experience.
