Lifetime Fitness Program

The Lifetime Fitness Program serves as an activity-based initiative designed to provide the Jacksonville University community with the opportunity to enroll and participate in structured activity/skill courses intended to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The goal of the program is to enhance the overall quality of life for participants through engaged and interactive courses that provide comprehensive instruction for beginning through advanced levels of physical activity. The LFP affords the participant an op​portunity for improved health and wellness through proper instruction, engagement, and commitment characteristic of a physically active lifestyle.

The courses below may be used to fill general elective requirements (up to 13). Course offerings vary per term.
