Position Summary

The Occupational Therapy Program within the Brooks Rehabilitation College of Healthcare Sciences invites applications for one 12-month, Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor appointment for the entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree at Jacksonville University.

Successful applicants will have strong written and interpersonal communication skills and teaching proficiency within their area of expertise in support of the developing entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program at Jacksonville University. Preference will be given to candidates with clinical expertise in the areas of Neuro-rehabilitation, Assistive Technology or Low Vision.  

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an occupational therapist in the State of Florida, have an earned Doctorate (OTD, PhD, EdD or equivalent), with three years clinical experience preferred. Participation is expected in departmental and other institutional service activities supporting the academic missions of the University. Salary and rank will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
