Music Theater

The Music Theater program is headed by Dr. Robert Tudor, and is the latest program to be added to the JU Division of Music.  An interdisciplinary degree, it enables students to receive instruction in Dance, Drama and Music, preparing them for a career in stage productions.

Performances most often occur in Swisher Theater, which recently received a complete renovation with state of the art stage, lighting and sound reinforcement equipment.

Dr. Tudor conducted a production of Henry Purcell's Dido and Aeneas during the Fall 2006 term.
