*Event Registration & Refund Policy*
Because we have so many dedicated Alumni, Parents and friends who attend our events, we want to make sure you are able to get tickets to the events you want. Pre-registration and pre-payment is always recommended and is required for some events. As of January 1, 2008, all orders and event tickets are considered final and are non-refundable. If, for some reason, you are not able to attend an event that you had planned, please consider your purchase a donation to Jacksonville University. We look forward to seeing you in the future at other JU events.
