Jacksonville University has a history of personal attention that begins the day you apply. Our Admissions Counselors will carefully review your application and all supporting materials that you submit. While your academic performance plays a major role in your admission to JU, we also consider who you are outside of the classroom as well.
Freshman admission application requirements:
- Official Copy of your high school transcript
- Official SAT and/or ACT scores
- Letter of recommendation (optional)
- Essay or personal statement (optional)

Deadlines for Fall
- Priority is given to applications received by March 1st for the fall semester. Applications received after March 1st will be reviewed on a space-available basis.
- Students who have been admitted and submit their enrollment deposit by March 1st for the fall semester will be given priority housing registration and priority class registration.
