Forgot Password Instructions

Please go to the site http://my.ju.edu

When the site is displayed, Click "Forgot Password"

On the next page,you will be prompted to enter :
	 - your username or email
	 - Fill out the captcha 

Click Next 

You will be prompted to choose a contact method for Microsoft to verify your account : 
 	-Select Call or Text my mobile phone 
	-Then enter your phone number 
	- Once you have filled in the information click Text/ Call 
	- You will receive a text / call containing a verification code 
	- Enter your verification code 
	- Click next 

Once you submit the code, you will be prompted to change your password 
 
Please note the Password Requirements are : 
	- at least 12 characters long 
	- contain at least 1 upper case
	- contain at least 1 number 
	- contain 2 special characters 
	- cannot be a previously used password or contain any part of your name 


After you enter your password click "Finish"  
 You will be prompted to sign in using your new password
