Sutliff & Stout Scholarship Contest - As personal injury lawyers who frequently represent victims of auto accident injuries, they see firsthand the devastating effects of texting and driving. The winners will be selected based on overall writing ability and the evaluation of tip/advice for students that are planning to move. The minimum requirement is that your story should include at minimum 500 words but not more than 800 words.

Scholarship entries received from February 15 – July 15 will be eligible to receive the scholarship for Fall semester. Scholarship entries received from September 15 – January 15 will be eligible to receive the scholarship for Spring semester. Check here for full details.
P.E.O. EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS FOR JU and UNF WOMEN 2014- Five loan and scholarship programs for JU and UNF women
EDUCATIONAL LOAN FUND (ELF)
Revolving loan fund program offering 3% interest loans for women in their final two years of their program of study. May be used to pay off higher interest loans.
Money Available – Max $12,000 for all programs of study except for doctorate degrees. The maximum loan for doctorate degrees is $20,000. Second loan may be requested after first loan is repaid.
Qualifications – Applicant must:
hold US or Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
be enrolled in the last two years toward her educational goal
secure P.E.O. chapter sponsorship
have 2 co-signers with proof of credit reliability
Applications: Mailed upon receipt of Chapter letter of recommendation

INTERNATIONAL PEACE SCHOLARSHIP (IPS)
Scholarship for international female students to pursue graduate study in the U.S. and Canada and to promote world understanding
Money Available - $10,000 max for one year, renewable once
Qualifications - Applicant must:
be a non-citizen and non-permanent resident of the U.S. and Canada with a promise to return to her home country (return travel must be guaranteed) upon completion of her degree program.
be admitted to graduate school in the US or Canada or to Cottey College and have at least a full year of study remaining when award is received for fall term.
have financial need but have some financial resources to make completion of her program possible.
have 3 letters of recommendation.
Application: Eligibility must be established before application material is sent to applicants. The eligibility information is available from www.peointernational.org at any time, but the completed form will be accepted electronically in the IPS office only between September 15 and December 15. The application deadline is February 15.

PROGRAM FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION (PCE)
Grant in aid for women continuing their educations after at least a 24 month at interruption at some point since high school.
Money Available - Max. $3,000 in one or two payments, non-renewable
Qualifications – Applicant must:
hold US or Canadian citizenship
have had at least a 2 year pause in education since high school
be within 24 months of completing program of study
secure P.E.O. chapter sponsorship.

P.E.O. SCHOLAR AWARD (Scholar Award)
Merit award for women in the US and Canada seeking doctoral level degrees
Money Available: $15,000
Qualifications – Applicant must:
hold US or Canadian citizenship
have one to two academic years remaining at the time the award is made
be a full time student
exhibit maturity, commitment to studies, and academic excellence
secure P.E.O. chapter nomination
Applications: Nominations accepted 8/20 to 11/20. Awards announced on May 1.

MARJORY RICE, CHAPTER EO FLORIDA SCHOLARSHIP (MARJORY RICE SCHOLARSHIP)
Scholarship for NE Florida women attending NE Florida colleges or universities
Money Available: $500 - $1500 annual award, renewable
Qualifications – Applicant must:
be a NE Florida female high school graduate attending any NE Florida regional college or university
demonstrate financial need
not be related to anyone on the chapter’s Foundation committee.

Broadview Gives Back – Community Service Scholarship – For students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Our Purpose-Keeping true to Broadview-Katella's mission of empowering people through education, Broadview Gives Back was instituted to insure that those who strive for higher education can have the financial means to do so. It is our goal to offset the rising cost of college education by awarding qualified students $2,500.
Qualifications- Applicant must be a student enrolled in an accredited community college or university with at least "part-time" status.
