Greetings from the River City!

We are excited about your upcoming attendance at Jacksonville University and hope that you are equally excited. It is the beginning of the ride of your life. During your time at Jacksonville University, you will have many opportunities to experience events and activities. We look forward to meeting you in August.

For the next two months, keep a look out for information that will jump start your college career in the right direction. You will be receiving information from the Orientation staff often, starting in the middle of May. Your orientation group leader will contact you prior to your arrival at JU. Group Leaders were chosen from our amazing student population. They will serve as your guide for orientation weekend and help you during your first week of school. These students are knowledgeable, motivated, friendly and are looking forward to your arrival.

Orientation begins Thursday, August 20 with move-in to your new abode then the fun begins with opening session. Many activities will be ready and waiting upon your arrival. Be prepared for a plethora of information and the opportunity to learn about the diverse group you will call classmates.  We ask that you come ready to try new things.
