Student Activities

The political science program has a history of sponsored simulations that give students the opportunity to interact with their counterparts at other schools within the region. JU political science students have participated in simulations of the United Nations, the U.S. Senate, and the Arab League and have won awards for their performance.

The JU Political Science Society is a very active student organization that sponsors forums on matters of public interest. Jacksonville University also has a chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national Political Science honor society, for students whose grade point average and commitment to the study of politics and government qualify them for membership.
