The curriculum in geography is designed to expose students to an appreciation of the discipline of geography and its fundamental approaches to studying our world. Initial courses include world geography, physical geography, and analytic methods. Students work with the faculty to develop a program of study that will allow them to develop greater knowledge in a particular field or fields of geography. Students are encouraged to participate in JU's study abroad program, where they can develop their language skills while immersed in another culture.
