Student Activities

Students participate in frequent formal and informal field trips to nearby locations. They accompany faculty to state, regional, and national geography conferences, where they have attended presentations, presented their original research, and participated in academic competition. Students are also active in JU’s chapter of Gamma Theta Upsilon, a geographical honors society.
