Program Description

The finance program at Jacksonville University provides both the theoretical and practical applications of finance in the areas of corporate finance, financial analysis, investments, and financial markets and institutions. JU finance students are prepared for careers in banking, insurance, real estate, financial planning/advising, and corporate finance, as well as graduate study in law, economics, or business administration. The courses in the finance major emphasize the importance of communicating financial information in both oral and written forms and seek to provide students with a strong sense of business ethics.
