James V. Williams Jr., Director of Human Resources, oversees all the activities performed by the Office of Human Resources, including benefits, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, and employee recognition programs. James is an active member of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and serves as the President-Elect of the Florida Chapter. In 2000 he was the recipient of the National CUPA Award for Excellence in Human Resources Practice. James obtained his Masters in Human Resources Management in 1995.
Judy Ganyo, Human Resources Generalist. Judy graduated from Minot State University in North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. Immediately prior to moving to Florida she worked at Augustana College in the Human Resource Office at Rock Island, Illinois. Judy has worked at numerous colleges and universities around the country as she and her husband have traveled extensively. Judy enjoys helping you in anyway she can and will welcome your stopping by her desk.
E'Lisa Green, Human Resources Generalist. E'Lisa has 15 years of Human Resource experience she obtained in working in non-profit organizations. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. E'Lisa is eager to greet and assist you.
Celeste Moneypenny, Human Resources Generalist. Celeste graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Louisville. Her career evolved from self-employment as a Private Dance Instructor to employment in the areas of Human Resource management, Payroll services, bookkeeping/tax services and small business consulting. After 24 years in these areas, she accepted a position as Senior Administrator of a statewide medical practice. Celeste is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) as well as Medical Practice Administration. She welcomes you to come by the office with any issue, question or simply to say "Hello"!
