Employee Assistance Program

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of an important benefit provided for all faculty, staff and administration; the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The services of the EAP are of course professional and completely confidential. This following is just a sample of the personal and professional concerns that the EAP can provide assistance for:

Coping with and managing stress

• Alcohol/Drug Use
• Financial/Legal Referral

The EAP is available in several locations throughout Jacksonville with appointments available in the day or evening and also provides 24 hours a day assistance for crises calls. The EAP is pre-paid in full by the University and, therefore, free to you or any member of your family.
