Position Title: Visiting Instructor/Assistant Professor of Management
Department: Davis College of Business
Status: Full-time
Reports to: Dean, Davis College of Business

Position Description
Jacksonville University's Davis College of Business invites applications for a full-time visiting position in Management, at the instructor/assistant professor level, to begin fall semester 2008. All applicants are expected to demonstrate high-quality teaching, as well as scholarly research and publication (or demonstrated strong potential to publish) in the discipline. In addition, applicants are expected to assist in service activities and committees within the College, University, community and professional areas and participate in and contribute to curriculum development in management.

The candidate will teach general management and leadership courses in the traditional undergraduate and the Accelerated Degree Program (ADP). Candidates are expected to meet minimum AACSB Academic Qualification standards. A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management is preferred, but ABD will be considered as long as appropriate standard is met.
