Transfer Students

Whether you are looking to transfer to Jacksonville University from a community college, or from another 4-year institution, we want your process of transferring to be as smooth as possible!  The number of students transferring into JU has been on a steady increase over the past few years, and we’re glad to see that you’re taking a closer look at how you can become a JU Dolphin.

Are you a transfer student?
The answer is "yes" if you have earned or are in the process of earning 24 college-level semester credit hours.  If you have 24.0 or more transferable college-level semester credit hours, with a grade of C or better, we need only college/university transcripts from ALL the colleges/universities you attended.  If you currently have less than 24.0 transferable college-level semester credit hours, with a grade of C or better, we will need a High School transcript, and SAT or ACT scores, and all college/university transcripts.
