Head of School

Kim is passionate about providing leadership, making connections, and supporting collaboration across organizational systems to help facilitate positive change that contributes to the health and sustainability of an organization. Kim's primary professional experience comes from facilitating change processes within a Montessori school environment with the goal of better serving the educational and emotional needs of students, their families, and the communities in which they live.  Kim is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and enjoys youth sports, camping, gardening and all things outdoors.

Graham has had an extensive career domestically and internationally in procurement and supply chain. He joined BI-LO / Winn-Dixie in 2007 as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing where he has focused on supporting the company’s turn-around through building organizational capability, developing and implementing procurement technology, driving change management and significantly accelerating cost reduction.

Previously, Graham served as Vice President, Global Sourcing for Black & Decker’s Hardware & Home Improvement Group based in California, with responsibility for procurement and global product sourcing.

Prior to Black & Decker, Graham spent 17 years at Colgate-Palmolive Company, both at their New York headquarters and in Australia. At Colgate, Graham held various global sourcing and procurement roles and spent considerable time working internationally.

Graham earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Otago, New Zealand and currently is on the Board of Advisors of the University of Florida’s Center of Supply Chain Management.

Andre J van Rensburg was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1999.  He has a legal background and has been involved with commercial real estate as a developer, investor and practitioner since 1985.  As a businessman, he is involved in a number of successful companies.  He is the majority shareholder and CEO of Prudential Commercial Real Estate-Jacksonville www.prudentialcommercialrealty.com and President of People’s Dynamic Development www.peoplesdynamic.com - a management consultancy.

He has many years of experience as a keynote speaker www.andrejvanrensburg.com​ and team consultant focusing on the creation of successful and sustainable business teams. He uses his intimate knowledge of African animals as a metaphor together with sound academic principles to train teams to become successful and sustainable.  He is the father of 3 boys and 2 girls.  He is married to his best friend, Deirdre and loves to spend time with his family, enjoys travel, exercise and the constantly evolving challenges of business.

Global Director, IT Applications​

David began his career as a chemist, working first as an environmental chemist, then as a nuclear chemist and finally as a pharmaceutical chemist.  It was during his time as a pharmaceutical chemist that he became fascinated with computers.    While working as a chemist with Abbott Laboratories, David transitioned to the IT department, and then joined Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc., as an IT Analyst, where he quickly rose to the role of Senior Manager.  After 12 years, Solvay was bought out by Abbott.  Not wanting to work for Abbott again, David joined the leadership team of Arizona Chemical as Director of IT Applications.

David’s specialties include setting IT strategy; developing governance models; large scale IT project & program management; global management; full software lifecycle development; departmental management; vendor selection; evaluating and executing on IT impacts associated with acquisitions and divestitures; operating within a highly regulated environment.

Paul Woodington
The Cheesecake Factory
Trainer

Paul has 15 years of experience in driving financial performance and organizational efficiency through P&L management, budgeting, and trend forecasting. He is currently leveraging his EMBA degree to transition into financial services.

Paul joined The Cheesecake Factory in 2009 as a trainer and devoted his efforts to mentoring and developing future leaders. He has managed and trained in multi-million dollar, high stress, high-volume operations in Florida and South Carolina. Paul's experience in concepts ranging from Casual American to upscale International Cuisine has been valuable to his understanding of the industry as a whole.

Prior to The Cheesecake Factory, Paul served in various management and operations positions at Darden Restaurants, the world’s largest full-service restaurant company.

Paul earned his B.S. in Business Management from Erskine College in South Carolina. Paul is an Eagle Scout and twice led three weeklong expeditions through backcountry New Mexico. When he’s not working, Paul enjoys sailing and kayaking on the St. Johns River.
