All parties submitting materials to the JU Web represent and warrant that the submission, installation, copying, distribution, and use of such materials in connection with the JU Web will not violate any other party’s proprietary rights. The user understands and agrees that JU is not responsible for any errors created in or damage to materials as a result of the installation or maintenance on JU Web servers, or their use by anyone accessing JU Web servers. All use of the JU Web must be in accordance with existing University regulations for computer use. Official JU pages may contain links to other pages not sanctioned by the university.

JU’s registered trademarks, service marks, word marks, and logos, including “Jacksonville University,”  “JU,” seal, Oak Leaf and athletic mascot the Dolphin, may not be used or reproduced without permission.  Any individual, organization, or company wishing to use JU’s logos and trademarks must obtain the right to do so in writing from the university.
