The major in Computer Art & Design leading to the BFA degree is designed for students who wish to use the potential of the computer in the development of art toward either a vocational or vocational interests. Those students majoring in and intending to follow a career in computer art & design will be preparing for entrance into the visual communications field in computer art, computer animation, graphic design and/or interactive media.

 

All BFA Computer Art & Design majors will complete the following:

  • Required CAD core courses listed below..
  • A concentration of 36-40 credit hours in either graphic design or computer animation/interactive media.
