Distinguished Alumni Nominations

Calling All Nominations!!!

Jacksonville University’s Alumni Board of Governors is seeking nominations for its Annual Distinguished Alumni Awards. The awards will be presented during JU’s Homecoming October 9-11, 2008.

Nominations are being accepted for qualified candidates in the following two categories:

1. Distinguished Alumni Award
Qualifications:
The person receiving this award must be a graduate of Jacksonville University who is well-rounded in all aspects of their professional accomplishments, community and philanthropic efforts and continued support of JU. The award will be based on the following criteria:
60% Professional Accomplishments
30% Community Involvement/Philanthropic Efforts
10% Engagement and Support of JU

2. Scott Amos Recent Alumni of Distinction
Qualifications:
This newly created award will be given to an alumnus of Jacksonville University who has graduated from JU in the last 10 years. In addition to being a recent graduate, the
award will be based on the following criteria:
60% Professional Accomplishments
30% Community Involvement/Philanthropic Efforts
10% Engagement and Support of JU

If you would like to nominate an alumni for either award, please fill out the attached nomination form and e-mail the completed form to alumni@ju.edu, fax to (904) 256-7047 or mail to 2800 University Boulevard North, Jacksonville, Florida 32211-Attention Alumni Relations.

*Entries must be submitted to the Alumni Office by June 13, 2008
in order to be considered.*
