The series will begin with Lookin’ Good (October) covering personal empowerment, self-confidence, and positive affirmation and the relationship between inner and outer beauty. Feelin’ Fine (February) will focus on eating healthy, healthy sleep and exercise habits, and women's health. The series rounds out with Keepin’ Sharp (May) featuring a conversation on mental health, cognitive thinking stimulation activities, meditation, acupuncture and what it means to “declutter.”

Please join us for networking, breakfast, and a stimulating panel discussion covering how looking good, feeling youthful, and being professional is only partly about the clothes, the style, the pose or the makeup. Learn how the real secret to “lookin’ good” comes from the inside through personal empowerment, self-confidence, and positive affirmation. Our panel will discuss the role these factors play in your well-being and share their personal journeys looking good from inside to out. For fun, we’ll pair up this new knowledge with a discussion of timeless professional style and how to take the best headshot with the countless professional wear options available to women. All guests will have the opportunity to have a professional headshot taken. Register now.
