Due to the Holiday Break, the Jacksonville University IT Help Desk will be closed from December 17th @ 12:30 PM to January 2nd @ 8:30AM. We will ONLY be on call for on-campus emergencies. We will not be able to process password reset request, until we return on January 2nd. If you require your password to be reset during this time, please use the password reset request site below:
Once you have been assigned a new password, sign into the site below.
The site WILL ask you for the temporary password TWICE after signing in. After this is entered, and the MY JU site comes up, click on your user name in the upper right hand corner then select CHANGE PASSWORD. This will allow you to change the password.
If you are having problems retrieving new email messages from your Jacksonville University Student Email Account, please make sure you are logging into the My JU site:
And clicking onto the JU INBOX icon at the top of the site. OR, please make sure you are going to the NEW email site of:
This site will require you to log in with your Jacksonville University Email address and password.
All other issues will be addressed when we return on January 2nd, 2015.
