Questions commonly asked of the Controller's Office:
When is my tuition due?
Tuition due dates vary based on student type. Please refer to tuition payment deadlines for more details. Balances must be paid in full (covered by Financial Assistance, Florida Prepayment Program, ECSI, check, credit card or wire transfer) by the due date or a late fee, in the form of interest, will be incurred. Students who register on line may obtain their account balances by clicking the student account statement link under financial profile on WebAdvisor or by contacting the Controller’s office, located in the Howard Building.
Does JU offer a tuition payment plan?
Yes, JU has signed on with ECSI to administer a tuition payment plan. There is a $55 application fee. Please visit http://www.ecsi.net/tpp/m4-index.html for more information and the online application form. Flight students should note that the tuition payment plan may not be used for flight fees and this amount should not be included in your application calculation.
I have a credit on my tuition statement. Is that money available to me?
When all pending financial aid and third party payments have been posted to your account the Controller and Financial Aid Offices evaluate each credit balance. If it is determined the credit balance is due to be returned to the student, a check may be issued.
How do I put money on my Dolphin Card?
You can go online, or come by the Controller's Office to put money on your card. You may use cash or check at the Cashier’s window. You can put money on your Dolphin card by making a credit card or ACH payment by going to www.ju.edu/myju.aspx and clicking on ePay, or directly at www.ecsi.net/juepay.
