E-Pay
Payments may be made by credit card or ACH bank draft. To make Dolphin Card deposits, or to pay for parking decals, transcripts, library fines, and other items, you will need to go through My JU and clicking on ePay, or by going directly to ECSI.
Our ePay system is provided by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI). Payments can be made by ACH bank drafts or via credit card. Educational Billing Services will accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, but not American Express. Payments made outside of the United States must contain the City and Country in the City line, XX for the State, and 11111 in the Zip Code section.
Tuition Payment Plan
ECSI offers our students a tuition payment plan. The application fee is $55. The date you sign up will determine the type of plan available. Please visit http://www.ecsi.net/tpp/m4-index.html for information and the link to the application. For our flight students, tuition payment plans are not available for flight fees so you will need to calculate the amount you need less flight fees.
Utilizing Your JU Email
It is imperative that you have an active JU email account and that you check it regularly. JU email is the official means of communication for Jacksonville University. You will miss extremely important information and notices if you do not utilize this system.
